The whole thing, plainly.
Every contribution is a voluntary personal gift to an individual, made entirely at the donor's discretion. Nothing is offered in return — no goods, services, rewards, or benefits of any kind.
This is not a registered charity or any other regulated fundraising body. Contributions are not eligible for Gift Aid or charitable tax relief, and are not tax-deductible for the donor.
Contributions become the personal property of the recipient on receipt, to be used entirely at his own discretion.
Contributions are non-refundable, except where required by law or by the policies of the payment provider used.
Donors should be at least 18, or the age of majority where they live, and should be satisfied that making a personal gift of this kind is lawful in their jurisdiction before donating.
Donations are processed by Stripe. Stripe takes a UK standard fee of 1.4% + 20p per transaction. The recipient receives the remainder.
Tax treatment of gifts depends on individual circumstances and the rules of the donor's and recipient's own tax jurisdictions. Nothing here is financial or tax advice.
